  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia.
  • Expedited shipping options are available at a cost, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Locations

  • Currently, we ship to addresses within Australia. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • International shipping is also available. If your country is not showing as a shipping option at checkout, email us at hello@thehappyoodle.com.

4. Delivery Times

  • Australia - Standard shipping: 5-8 business days
  • Australia Express shipping: 2-5 business days
  • International Flat rate shipping: 7-21 business days
